LET´S CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS

Let´s sing a christmas song! This is the Christmas carol that we will sing in our Christmas Concert. sing along and practice in your house, too!

    

Y esta es la canción que cantaremos todos los alumnos/as de 3º en castellano.

 

Look at our Christmas tree. It is so cool! We made the leaves with our hands and we wrote a message in each hand. We hope all these messages come true!

Willow talked today about how they celebrate Christmas in the United States. We learned a lot of interesting things!

 

We have had our Christmas concert today. It was really good! We sang three songs to our families. Merry Christmas!!

Today we visited the Fire Station with the school. We met 5 firefighters and they showed us their building, materials, tools and the big red trucks. We learned a lot and had a great time!!

Queridas familias, el curso escolar está llegando a su fin y quisiéramos cerrarlo con un pequeño concierto bilingüe; por ello, nos complace invitarles el próximo miércoles día 21 a disfrutar de una serie de canciones que nuestros pequeños están preparando para demostras sus dotes musicales y artísticas en ambos idiomas.

El concierto será en el porche del patio trasero del colegio a las 12:00h. Podrán acceder por la puerta que da acceso a este mismo patio diez  o quince minutos antes de la actuación.

Children at school are studying the plant kingdom in science. we are going to learn about the parts of plants and their functions, types of plants and their importance.

THE KAPOK TREE PROJECT FOR SCIENCE

Hello families! During the last few weeks, we have been working and learning about wild animals. Students have read and written about the special characteristics of specific animals that live in the American rainforest, specially, on the kapok tree. 

We learned about the anaconda, the three-toed sloth, the  scarlet macaw, the tapir, coati-mundi, parrots, morpho butterfly, boa constrictor, iguana, etc.

It was really fun to work about animals! Here you are some pictures from our project.
