   Today, we have learned a cooperative learning strategy. It is called 1-2 or 1-3, it depends on the groups. First, we do the exercise alone and then we compare our anwers with our partner. If they are different, we have to decide which answer is the correct one.

IT'S HALLOWEEN

IT'S HALLOWEEN!

Last Wednesday it was Halloween! 

We described a scary house as if we were there. This is what we did:

First, we imagined we were in that house and we talked about it: what do I see?, what do I hear?, what do I feel?, what do I smell? and what do I taste? Then, the teacher wrote our ideas. Later, we wrote down our own ideas. We could look at the teacher's example. Finally, we finished colouring our house and we made the craft.

In our class we also worked and learned about Halloween. Here you can see some pictures of our work. It is really scary!! Have you seen our haunted houses?

 

 

OUR FIRST MIND MAP

   Last week, we did our first mind map. We followed some steps to do it:

- First, we do the teacher's mind map all together on a big piece of paper. Then, we write our own mind map on our notebook. 

- The next day, we write the text in the same way. First, we do the teacher's text all together and later we write our own texts on our notebook. 

   This time the topic is about our favourite sport or activity. Can you see the text? It reminds me an ... enormous hamburger! 😉
